Alyssa Visits her First Pumpkin Patch!

Alyssa had a great time at the pumpkin patch this year!  There were plenty of opportunities to crawl around on the ground, eat hay, and climb on pumpkins!  Here are some of the photos...

Look, Mom... no hands!

Pumpkin smiles...

This is my favorite spot... for about 2 1/2 minutes... then my favorite spot is "Down."

Hold on tight, Momma!

Good times at the Pumpkin Patch!

What a sweet big brother...

Joshua at the Pumpkin Patch!

We spent one morning last weekend at our local pumpkin patch.  There were lots of things to do and we came away with a good lookin' pumpkin!

Checking out the pumpkins with Alyssa...

What better place for a picture?!

Going on a tractor hay ride...

A picture by a big tractor...

Mom and Joshua in the petting zoo...

Come back, guys!  We have food!

The pony figured it out!

Now the goat is trying to get in on the action...

Eat up!

Whoa... is that goat eating the food out of your hand?!

He has a rough, wet tongue!

Here are some other players at the petting zoo... a llama...

And another goat...

Joshua riding the train around the pumpkin patch...

Good smiles!

Check Out the Cool Shades!

Nothing brings out the smiles like wearing some crazy sunglasses!

Sandbox with Sharon

Here are some pictures of Alyssa playing in the sandbox with Aunt Sharon...

Trucks and shovels...

Digging with the shovel...

Momentary distraction...

Back to work!

A job well done!

Batter Up!

Joshua is getting pretty good at hitting that tee ball in the backyard!  He's been motivated by the post-season success of his new favorite team, the Texas Rangers!  Here are a few action shots...

Look at the focus!

Running the bases...

Looks like a ball player to me!

Did I mention how quickly Dad gets that ball back on the tee?

A bug few in my eye on this one ;)

Swung so hard he fell down...

Posing for the camera...

Great action shot, Mom!

Alyssa at the Playhouse!

Here are some photos of Alyssa checking out the playhouse.  This was the weekend Aunt Sharon and Nana came out to visit us for a couple of days.  It gave Heather and I a chance to relax a little and actually go out for dessert... by ourselves!!

Relaxing in the shade of the new playhouse with my milk!

Cool pink swing!

Swinging with my brother!

Good swinging guys!

Playing with leaves...

Sittin' in the grass...

Well hello there!

Now where is that baseball?  I don't see it on the ground here...

Aunt Sharon and Nana...

Sibling rivalry?  Not these two!

They really are related... honest...

Thanks for saving the baseball, Aunt Sharon!

Playing with Aunt Sharon in the playhouse...

Just my size!
