It's a Baby Boy!

So here is the ultrasound picture from June 13th. Sorry this has taken so long to get up - between vacation and work we haven't had a whole lot of time. Hopefully most will agree that this looks more like a baby than the prior picture. You can see the face (in profile) pretty well and then also the heart and the stomach. Official ultrasound report was normal - so all is looking good. Hawaii pictures to follow soon!

Surprise!

We found out today that we are having a boy!!! So if you voted for a boy - you were right! We are having computer issues, but promise to post the new ultrasound pictures when we can. More details to come....

Wishing for Summer

So summer has been very slow to make an appearance in Seattle. For the last several weeks it has been overcast with highs in the mid 50's. But we did not let that stop us from getting ready for summer. Here are some pictures of our back yard. We got patio furniture for our porch and planted some summer flowers. The dahlias are really beautiful. I have to say you can grow amazing flowers up here. I don't really have a green thumb, they just grow on their own. And as you can see, Chris has been taking excellent care of our backyard.

18-Week Pregnancy Picture

So here is the first official pregnancy picture. This is from about 2 weeks ago...as you can see there is a tiny little bump. Not much to speak of yet. We go for our official ultrasound on Friday the 13th! So we will be posting an update then.
