Alyssa in Her New Room!!

I'm finally getting around to the July update which should have been posted about a month ago.  That means the August update is due now!  I'm hoping I'll have some free time in the near future to catch up  with everything.  As far as July goes, the biggest event was the move from Seattle to Belton.  It turns out that there aren't that many Kodak moments when you are spending your days unpacking!  Nevertheless, I managed to put together a few pictures from the move and our vacation before the move.  We have lots of pictures from our first month in the new house I hope to post soon!

It's a New Car!!

One of the big purchases that came along with the move was a new car!  We now own a new 2011 Toyota Sequoia!  We we better go big since we're living in Texas!  Joshua is by far the most excited about the new purchase... he wants to go for a ride in the new car every day...

Road Trip!!

Once Heather and the kids left for Texas, it was up to me and Uncle Thomas to get the townhouse ready to sell and drive the cars down to Texas.  Oh what an adventure that turned out to be!  Here is a small sample of the MANY photos Thomas snapped during the 36 hours he spent in the passenger seat of the RAV4!  You'll notice that we very appropriately had a rainy Seattle send-off... and I have yet to see a drop of rain since!!  Thomas and I also hit the 10000 mile mark on the RAV4, which we decided to photo-document for eternity!!  Lots a great memories ;)
